What's the diffrence between an insect and a spider?

look out for the legs. Spiders have eight. Insects have six. Also check out the antennea. Insects have them and spiders don't. Up close (if you dare), look at the number of body parts. Insects have three. Spiders have two. And if the animal is hanging by athred, it's a spider. Spider make silk, insects don't.
